Mechatherm aluminium log heater and shear combinations incorporate significant recent design improvements to put them at the forefront of today's technology.

Mechatherm rapid billet heating furnaces are available for aluminium and also brass and copper. For discharge temperatures of up to 850 degrees Celsius, roller hearth conveyors are supplied; up to 1050 degrees Celsius walking beam conveyors are used. In the brass and copper extrusion industry Mechatherm gas fires and billet heaters offer significant advantages over induction heating such as lower capital cost, lower running costs, greater reliability, more consistent and accurate temperature control and operation.
