In order to communicate with us you will need at the very least a PC with a broadband connection running video conferencing software such as Windows net meeting. Mechatherm is operating with some of the latest 'Polycom' equipment and software which is intended to be compatible with other systems for high streaming communication. Please be aware however that your broadband bandwidth will determine quality and performance.
