Mechatherm awarded new casting center contract for ALCOA Samara, Russia!

Mechatherm have recently won a contract to supply Alcoa Samara - Russia for a DC Casting Centre including 1 x 50 tonne melting furnace with regenerative burners, 1 x 45 tonne tilting holding furnace and 1 x 45 tonne DC casting machine for billets and slabs, together with SCADA control system and ancillary equipment.

Mechatherm have recently won a contract to supply Alcoa Bohai - China for a 65 tonne DC casting machine for slabs, with internally guided cylinder together with SCADA control system and ancillary equipment.
